Reebooot Camp Terms & Conditions

Effective For: Launch in Lisbon 8-Day Bootcamp (7-16 October 2025)

  1. Registration & Payments

    • Registration Fee (€150):
      • Non-refundable, non-transferable.
      • Must be paid to reserve a spot.
    • Bootcamp Fee (€1,100):
      • Covers training, accommodation, meals, and local transport.
      • Balance due with in 15 days of registration for visa documentation.
    • Payment Methods: Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.
    • Late Payments: Spot forfeited if balance is unpaid by deadline.

  1. Lucky Draw Scholarship

    • Entry Fee: €50 (non-refundable).
    • Draw Mechanics:
      • One winner selected randomly via WheelOfNames.com per 25 entries.
      • Live-streamed and recorded for transparency.
    • Winner Prize:
      • 100% discount on bootcamp fee (€1,100 value).
      • Pays €100 registration only.
    • Non-Winner Perks:
      • €50 credited toward registration (pay €100 balance).
      • 10% discount on bootcamp fee (€990).
    • Validity: Credits/discounts expire December 31, 2025.

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

    • Bootcamp Fee:
      • Full refund if visa denied (with official rejection letter).
      • 50% refund if canceled >60 days before start.
      • No refund if canceled ≤60 days before start.
    • COVID-19 Policy: Full refund if borders close or travel bans apply.
    • No-Shows: Fees forfeited.

  1. Visa Support

    • Documents Provided:
      • Invitation letter.
      • Accommodation proof.
      • Program itinerary.
    • Timeline: Issued within 10 working days of full payment.
    • Note: Reebooot doesn’t guarantee visa approval.

  1. Participant Responsibilities

    • Travel Insurance: Mandatory for all attendees.
    • Code of Conduct:
      • Respect peers/staff; no harassment/discrimination.
      • Violations may result in expulsion without refund.
    • Health & Safety: Disclose allergies/medical conditions pre-arrival.

  1. Intellectual Property (IP)

    • Participants retain ownership of projects/MVPs built during bootcamp.
    • Reebooot may use anonymized work for promotional purposes.

  1. Liability Waiver

    • Reebooot isn’t liable for:
      • Personal injury/illness during the bootcamp.
      • Lost/stolen belongings.
      • Travel delays or visa denials.
    • Force Majeure: Not liable for cancellations due to floods, strikes, pandemics, etc.

  1. Data Privacy

    • Data Collected: Name, email, payment info, visa documents.
    • Usage:
      • Process registrations and visa support.
      • Send program updates (opt-out available).
    • Security: Encrypted storage; never sold to third parties.

  1. Program Changes

    • Reebooot reserves the right to:
      • Modify schedule, mentors, or locations.
      • Cancel bootcamp if <10 participants register (full refunds issued).

  1. Media Rights & Release

    • Ownership & Usage: Reebooot reserves the irrevocable right to capture, use, and distribute photos, videos, audio recordings, and project content created during the bootcamp for:
      • Social media promotion (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
      • Website content and portfolios.
      • Marketing materials (brochures, ads, case studies).
      • Partner presentations and grant applications.
    • Participant Grant: By attending, participants grant Reebooot a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their likeness, voice, and work (with or without attribution) across all media platforms.
    • Opt-Out Process: Participants may request media exclusion by emailing privacy@reebooot.com at least 14 days before the bootcamp. Reebooot will make reasonable efforts to accommodate but cannot guarantee full anonymity in group settings.
    • Project Content: While participants retain IP ownership of their MVPs (Section 6), Reebooot may showcase anonymized/snippeted content for promotional purposes.

  1. Governing Law

    • These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
    • Disputes resolved in courts of Torres Vedras, Lisbon.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By registering, participants confirm they:

  1. Are 18+ years old.
  2. Agree to all terms above.
  3. Understand the Lucky Draw rules.
