Service Scope
1. Consultation includes:

  4. Visa-compatible opportunities
  5. Reebooot program matching
2. Excludes:

1. 1. Job placement
  2. Visa processing
  3. Legal advice
Payment & Non-Refundability
1. Consultation fee must be paid upfront to secure booking
2. Strictly non-refundable – even if:
  1. Client cancels/reschedules < 48 hours pre-session
  2. Desired outcomes aren’t achieved
  3. Technical issues prevent attendance
Rescheduling
1. One free rescheduling allowed if requested > 48 hours pre-session
2. Late rescheduling forfeits session without refund
Client Responsibilities
1. Complete pre-session questionnaire 24h pre-call
2. Provide accurate background information
3. Ensure stable internet/device for session
Limitations
1. Advisory Nature: Professional guidance is opinion-based, not legal advice
2. No Guarantees: Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and execution
3. EU Compliance: Does not circumvent official visa/employment processes
Intellectual Property
1. All materials provided are for personal use only
2. Recording sessions is prohibited
Governing Law

2. Disputes subject to Lisbon courts
