Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is and is not acceptable behaviour on the Reebooot Platform. All users — participants, trainers, and venue owners — must comply with this policy.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban from the Platform.


Prohibited Activities

Content

You must not post, upload, or share content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Infringes any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right
  • Contains personal data of others without their consent
  • Is defamatory, offensive, hateful, or discriminatory
  • Promotes illegal activities
  • Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Constitutes spam or unsolicited commercial communication

Behaviour

You must not:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Discriminate against others on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without permission
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Platform

Commercial Conduct

You must not:

  • Arrange bootcamps or training outside the Platform with contacts you met through the Platform (fee circumvention)
  • Solicit Participants or Trainers to use competing platforms
  • Offer or accept payments outside the Platform's payment system
  • Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or venue facilities

Reporting Violations

If you witness a violation of this policy, please report it to asadij@gmail.com with as much detail as possible. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.


Consequences

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations:

  • First violation: warning
  • Repeated violations: temporary suspension
  • Serious violations (fraud, harassment, illegal activity): immediate permanent ban

Reebooot's decisions on AUP violations are final.
