1. Introduction

Welcome to Reebooot. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Reebooot platform available at reebooot.com ("Platform"), operated by Gresys Hub Unipessoal Lda., a company registered in Portugal (NIF 517174065) with registered office at Zona Industrial, Lote 4, 1.º Frente, 2550-171 Cadaval, Lisboa, Portugal, which operates the Reebooot brand ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@reebooot.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each person may maintain only one account per role. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

5. Platform Rules

All users agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Participant Fees

Bootcamp fees are displayed on each Cohort listing. The price includes accommodation (coliving) for the duration of the Cohort. Meals are an optional add-on.

6.2 Platform Fee

Reebooot's compensation is structured as a revenue share (see Section 9.2). Trainers receive 40% of gross Bootcamp revenue. Venue costs are paid from the remaining revenue, and Reebooot retains the residual as its platform fee, subject to a rating-based minimum set out in Section 9.2.

6.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details.

6.4 Currency

All prices are in Euros (€).

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Participant Cancellations

  • More than 14 days before start: full refund
  • 14 days or less before start: no refund
  • No-shows: no refund

7.2 Reebooot-Initiated Cancellations

Full refund within 7 business days.

7.3 Refund Processing

Refunds processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method.

8. Participant Terms

By completing a booking you agree to:

  • Pay the full booking fee
  • Attend the full duration of the Cohort
  • Respect the venue, equipment, and other participants
  • Follow the Trainer's instructions during training sessions

9. Trainer Terms

  • Be approved by Reebooot before delivering Bootcamps
  • Design and deliver Bootcamps to a high professional standard
  • Be present for the full duration of every Cohort
  • Actively promote their Cohorts
  • Respond to applications within 3 business days

9.2 Revenue Share

  • Trainer share: 40% of gross Bootcamp revenue (calculated on participant fees, excluding optional add-ons such as meals).
  • Venue costs: paid from the remaining 60% of gross revenue.
  • Platform fee: Reebooot retains the residual after the Trainer share and venue costs. This platform fee is subject to a minimum percentage of gross revenue based on the Trainer's rating tier: below 3.5★ = 15%, 3.5–3.9★ = 14%, 4.0–4.4★ = 13%, 4.5★ and above = 12%.
  • Pricing and venue: the Trainer sets the per-participant price and selects a venue from Reebooot's curated options. A minimum of 6 participants is required for a Cohort to run.
  • Payment: within 14 days of Cohort completion.
