Last updated: 3 July 2026
This Trainer Agreement ("Agreement") supplements our general Terms and Conditions and applies specifically to users who deliver Bootcamps on the Reebooot Platform. By applying to become a Trainer and being approved, you agree to this Agreement.
1. The Relationship
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Reebooot. You are solely responsible for your own tax obligations, social security contributions, and professional insurance in your country of residence.
Reebooot does not control how you design or deliver your training content. We set quality standards and approve Bootcamps — the methodology and curriculum are entirely yours.
2. Approval Process
To deliver Bootcamps on the Platform you must:
- Submit a Trainer application via the Platform
- Provide accurate information about your background and expertise
- Submit a Bootcamp proposal for review
- Receive written approval from Reebooot
Approval is at our sole discretion. We may approve some Bootcamp topics and not others. We may withdraw approval at any time if standards are not maintained.
3. Your Obligations as a Trainer
3.1 Bootcamp Quality
- Design and deliver Bootcamps to a high professional standard
- Ensure your Bootcamp description accurately reflects what Participants will learn
- Deliver the stated number of training hours (maximum 45 hours per week-long Cohort)
- Be physically present for the full duration of every Cohort you publish
3.2 Cohort Management
- Actively promote your Cohorts through your own networks and social media
- Respond to Participant applications within 3 business days
- Maintain a minimum cohort size of 8 Participants (Cohorts below this threshold may be cancelled)
- Not cancel a published Cohort except in cases of genuine emergency or force majeure
3.3 Participant Welfare
- Treat all Participants with respect and professionalism
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Not discriminate against Participants on any grounds
- Report any welfare concerns to Reebooot immediately
3.4 Coliving Conduct
- Stay at the Venue during the full duration of each Cohort
- Respect the Venue and its facilities
- Follow any reasonable rules set by the Venue Owner
- Not damage Venue property (you may be held liable for damages caused)
3.5 Data Handling
- Handle Participant personal data (names, emails, phone numbers) strictly for the purpose of delivering the Bootcamp
- Not use Participant data for any other marketing or commercial purpose
- Comply with GDPR in your handling of Participant data
4. Revenue Share
4.1 Your Earnings
For each successfully delivered Cohort you will receive 40% of gross Bootcamp revenue (calculated on participant fees, excluding optional add-ons such as meals).
You set the per-participant price and select a venue from Reebooot's curated options. Based on your price and chosen venue, Reebooot sets the minimum number of participants required for the Cohort to run, so that your 40% share is always viable when a Cohort runs (and never below 6 participants).
Your rating tier is recorded on your profile; new trainers begin at the 4.0–4.4★ tier.
Example at 12 Participants (€700 each):
- Gross revenue: €8,400
- Your share (40%): €3,360, paid within 14 days of Cohort completion
Venue costs and Reebooot's platform fee are covered from the remaining revenue.
4.2 Payment Schedule
Reebooot will pay your earnings within 14 days of Cohort completion, once all participant payments are confirmed.
4.3 Payment Method
Payments are made via bank transfer to your nominated account. You are responsible for providing accurate banking details.
4.4 Taxes
You are responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes on your earnings. Reebooot will provide earnings statements on request.
4.5 Earnings and Cancellation
Your earnings are the revenue share described in 4.1, payable only when a Cohort runs at or above its minimum participant count. If a Cohort is cancelled due to insufficient participants or at your request, no fee is payable.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain full ownership of your training materials, curriculum, slides, and any content you create. Reebooot does not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
5.2 Licence to Reebooot
By publishing a Bootcamp on the Platform, you grant Reebooot a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
- Display your Bootcamp title, description, and your public profile on the Platform
- Use your name, photo, and tagline in promotional materials for Reebooot
- Feature your Bootcamp in marketing emails and social media posts
You may withdraw this licence by removing the Bootcamp from the Platform or closing your account.
5.3 No Competing Use
Reebooot will not reproduce or sell your training materials without your explicit written permission.
6. Cancellation Policy (Trainer-Initiated)
6.1 Cancellation Before Publication
You may cancel a draft or approved Cohort at any time before it is published with no consequences.
6.2 Cancellation After Publication
If you cancel a published Cohort:
- All confirmed Participants will receive a full refund
- You will not receive any revenue share for that Cohort
- Repeated cancellations (2 or more in 12 months) may result in suspension from the Platform
- Emergency cancellations (illness, family bereavement, force majeure) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
7. Feedback and Quality Standards
Reebooot collects feedback from Participants after each Cohort. We use this to maintain platform quality. Consistently poor feedback (below 3.5/5 average over 3 Cohorts) may result in:
- A quality review meeting with Reebooot
- Suspension of new Cohort publishing rights
- Removal from the Platform in serious cases
8. Termination
8.1 By You
You may close your Trainer account at any time by contacting asadij@gmail.com. Any pending Cohorts must be fulfilled or cancelled with participant refunds before closure.
8.2 By Reebooot
We may suspend or terminate your Trainer status immediately for:
- Serious misconduct or participant complaints
- Fraudulent activity
- Repeated cancellations
- Breach of this Agreement or our Terms and Conditions
- Conduct that damages the Reebooot brand or other users
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Portuguese law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Torres Vedras, Portugal.
