What you'll walk away with

By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

Project executive presence that reads as authority in high-stakes settings - boardrooms, stages, and tense meetings, while balancing gravitas, warmth, and authority.
Identify and eliminate confidence "leaks" in their communication, including hedging, over-explaining, apologising, and rushing.
Formulate a clear communication goal for a specific audience and structure any message to achieve a decision or result, rather than simply passing on information.
Simplify complex content, deliver the main point first, and open and close with lines that do real persuasive work.
Persuade without pressure — speak to stakeholders' actual interests, handle objections calmly, and hold a position under challenge without hardening.
Construct and deliver compelling business stories using proven structures (situation–tension–resolution–meaning; before/after/bridge; pivotal moment), and maintain a personal story bank across the five leadership story types: origin, vision, case, values, and lesson-from-failure.
Use voice and body language deliberately as instruments of authority, controlling pace, pauses, intonation, and energy; using gesture, posture, eye contact, and space with intention; and ending statements with downward inflection.
Manage a live audience under pressure - hold and recover a room's attention, respond to hostile questions and interruptions, reclaim the floor when talked over, and think on their feet.
Design slides that support rather than compete with the speaker, applying one-idea-per-slide discipline and turning data into meaningful narrative.
Assess and plan their own development using before-and-after Wheel of Public Speaking results and video comparisons, leaving with a 90-day personal development plan and peer accountability structure.

The week, day by day

Monday

ME & CONFIDENCE

The foundation: who you are as a leader and as a communicator, and what is currently getting in the way.

Tuesday

GOAL, AUDIENCE & STRUCTURE

Say the right thing, to the right people, in the right order, and get a decision, not just a nod.

Wednesday

STORYTELLING IN BUSINESS

A leader's most portable tool. One full day, because a story you can actually tell takes more than an hour to build.

Thursday

VOICE, BODY & THE LIVE ROOM

The most intensive day: presence, sound, and command when it is all happening in real time.

Friday

VISUALS, FINAL PRESENTATIONS & INDIVIDUAL PLANS

Put the whole week together, in front of the room, and leave with a plan.

Sun evening check-in → Sat morning check-out · 40+ hours of live training
