About Lana
Lana is a business trainer, communication coach, and TEDx speaker mentor based in Lisbon. With a strong background in organisational consulting, she helps people find their unique communication style and express themselves with confidence in every kind of public speaking situation.
She is a certified Adizes Methodology consultant (Adizes Institute, USA) and an expert in organisational development and change management, with over 15 years of experience training international companies across many industries and countries. She specialises in personality profiling based on DISC and the Adizes PAEI methodology.
An ICF-certified coach (ACC), Lana mentors speakers — including TEDx speakers — helping experts build confident, persuasive communication. She is a long-time member of Toastmasters International, having served multiple times in the Team of Officers at Poland's First Toastmasters in Warsaw and now at Lisbon MBA Toastmasters.

I help people find their own voice rather than handing them a script. My background blends organisational consulting with communication coaching, so I work at two levels at once — the structure of what you want to say, and the confidence with which you say it.
I lean on proven frameworks: DISC and the Adizes PAEI methodology for understanding how different personalities lead and communicate, and storytelling techniques drawn from years of mentoring TEDx speakers. Sessions are practical and personal. You'll speak, get direct feedback, and refine in real time.

Founder of SI Consulting, a coaching and consulting practice focused on public speaking, executive communication, and leadership development. Through 2024–2025 she served as Speakers' Mentor and mentorship lead at TEDxWarsawWomen, and continues to serve in the officer team at Lisbon MBA Toastmasters.
