Ship Your Product in 5 Days: AI-Powered Building for Non-Technical Founders
Learn to think like a system designer, orchestrate AI tools like a senior engineer, and ship a working product by Saturday — without writing code yourself.
What you'll learn (curriculum framework)
Rather than a day-by-day curriculum (which I'll draft separately if you want), here's the outcome architecture — the four shifts a participant should leave with:
1. Think in systems, not features: Most non-technical founders describe products as feature lists ("it has a login, a dashboard, a payment system…"). System designers think in flows, data, and edge cases. You'll learn to design your product the way an engineer would — before touching any tool.
2. Orchestrate AI as your engineering team: Claude, Cursor, v0, Replit, Lovable, Bolt — these are not magic. They're tools that respond to clear specifications. You'll learn how to brief, prompt, review, and iterate with AI the way a CTO works with a senior engineer.
3. Make architectural decisions without an engineering degree: Database vs. spreadsheet? Server vs. serverless? Auth provider? Hosting? These choices feel terrifying to non-technical founders. You'll learn the decision frameworks, not the trivia.
4. Ship a working product by Day 7: You arrive with an idea. You leave with a live, deployed, working product. Not a prototype. Not a Figma file. A real thing on the internet that real users can use.
What you'll walk away with
By Saturday, you will have:
Who this is for
This bootcamp is for you if:
- You have a product idea you've been talking about for months (or years) but haven't shipped
- You're a solo founder, indie hacker, or builder without a technical co-founder
- You've tried no-code tools and hit their ceiling, or watched AI tutorials but never finished a real project
- You can describe what you want to build, but freeze when it's time to actually build it
- You're ready to spend one focused week getting unblocked — for real, with help, in person
This is not for you if:
- You're a working software engineer (this isn't your level)
- You want pure theory without building
- You're not willing to ship something imperfect by Day 7
