I've been a software engineer for 25 years and a tech educator for 15. I founded a 50-person software company, shipped applications that scaled to millions of users, and along the way trained over 3,000 professionals — many of them dropouts and career-changers who went on to build real careers in tech. What I learned: people don't get stuck because they lack content. They get stuck because they're learning alone, without context, without a real system to build. My approach is the opposite. I teach by building. You don't watch slides — you design, architect, and ship a real working system alongside me.
